Research interests

One year after having performed a master thesis about Mobile Ad-hoc NETworks (MANETs) under the supervision of Professor Benoît Garbinato, I started a PhD in Information Systems in order to increase my knowledge in the field of distributed systems and their algorithms. Having a business background, this PhD is also the perfect opportunity to improve the computer science side of my academic path. The subject of my thesis focuses on studying human mobility based on raw locations, which is a rich and fascinating field of research. Different angles of this subject are explored, such as predicting future movements and protecting location privacy according to human mobility behavior.
